Concrete Hardener is a 100% water-based, VOC-free impregnating and hardening sealer that consolidates concrete floors to aid mechanical polishing. It hardens the surface and increases abrasion resistance, sharply reduces water absorption to prevent moisture damage, and speeds up drying and polishing while reducing tool wear and water use.
Suitable for concrete and cement agglomerates, indoors and outdoors.
How to use
Clean the surface thoroughly to remove dust and dirt, making sure it is as dry as possible, with the temperature between +5°C and +40°C. Apply an even coat with a lambswool applicator, roller, brush, or airless sprayer, and protect adjacent untreated surfaces. On highly absorbent surfaces, apply a second coat after 1 to 2 hours. Wait at least 4 hours before continuing to polish; the next day is recommended.
