B1 700 is a fast-drying, solvent-based stain-proof impregnating sealer for natural stone, terracotta, and agglomerates. It gives the surface hydro and oleo-repellent protection against oil, grease, wine, coffee, and other liquids, resists UV without yellowing, and keeps the stone's original look because it penetrates rather than forming a film.
Suitable for marble, limestone, sandstone, slate, granite, porphyry, quartzite, travertine, terracotta, and quartz-resin agglomerates.
How to use
The surface must be smooth, dry, and free of dust and dirt, with the temperature between +5°C and +40°C. Do not apply to wet or damp surfaces. Apply with a brush, lambswool applicator, roller, or cloth. On highly absorbent surfaces, apply a second coat 30 minutes after the first.
Coverage: 10 to 15 sq.m per litre, depending on absorption
Drying: dry in about 30 minutes, surface usable after 2 to 3 hours
Finish: natural effect, no colour change, no film
