What is Remineralisation Minerals for Drinking Water?
RO produces very pure water that can taste flat. Packaged drinking water plants add a measured blend of food grade minerals after the RO to set the taste and the dissolved solids of the final product.
The usual minerals are sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate and magnesium sulphate, dosed as a solution into the product water.

How to use remineralisation minerals
- Set your target for TDS, taste and the limits in the standard you work to.
- Make up a stock solution of the minerals in RO water.

- Test the final water regularly and adjust.
