Zyax Snake Maxx Snake Repellent Powder keeps snakes away from homes, farmhouses, gardens, compounds and factory boundaries by making a scent barrier they avoid. It is made from clay (Fuller's earth), cinnamon, clove oil, cedar oil and sulphur. It is biodegradable and non-toxic, safe around children, pets and plants when used as directed, and it repels snakes without killing or harming them.

Spread it as a continuous band along the boundary you want to protect and around holes, gaps and drains where snakes can get in. One application lasts up to two weeks in normal conditions.

How much powder do you need?

Sprinkle a band 6 to 8 inches wide. It does not need to be thick or solid. 1 kg makes a band about 50 feet long.

Re-apply every two weeks and after heavy rain, so plan for about two applications a month during the monsoon and snake season.

How to apply

Shake the container well.
Sprinkle a continuous band, 6 to 8 inches wide, around the area you want to protect, plus in and around holes, gaps and cracks where snakes can get in.
Do not pour water on the applied powder.
Re-apply every two weeks, and after heavy rain.

For outdoor use only. Do not sprinkle it directly on fruits or vegetable plants; treat the boundary of the garden instead.

Snake safety: a repellent lowers the chance of snakes coming in, but it does not replace basic precautions. Keep grass short, clear rubble and garbage that attract rats, use a torch outdoors at night, and wear closed footwear in the garden. If someone is bitten, keep them calm and still and go to the nearest hospital at once. Do not cut, suck or tie the wound.

Snake Maxx is biodegradable and non-toxic, and safe around children, pets and plants when used as directed. Keep children and pets away while you apply it, avoid getting the powder in the eyes, and wash your hands after use.
